Full Refund: First 7 Days
We want you to love your DBDesigns purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, returns in the first week following shipping will be met with a full refund of the purchase price .
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
To get started, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. From there, we’ll walk you through the return process step by step. We aim to make the experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
After 7 Days: Explore Our Recycling Policy
If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, don’t worry — we still want to support you in getting the most out of your shirt. At this point, we no longer offer a full refund, but we invite you to join our Recycling Program.
This policy is about turning old items into something new, bold, and creative. Whether it’s upcycling the fabric into a tote bag, reworking it into a new fit, or creating art — we want to see what you come up with.
If you send us a photo of your creative recycled design and it meets our basic criteria (i.e. it reuses a DBDesigns shirt and shows some level of originality), we’ll reward you with an exclusive 25% discount code for your next purchase.
